I have used, and still use, this program to track my eating.  It’s not for everybody – but the geeky accountability factor is perfect for me, and much better suited to my sensibility than Weight Watchers.

That said, Weight Watchers is the only commercially-available program/plan that’s effective — and it’s been tested in sound, longitudinal studies.  If it’s for you, then it’s for you, and you’ll learn how to reshape your relationship with food, and you’ll understand so much more about what food is.  And what it isn’t.
